  • Maximum Size: No larger than 12" x 15" to remain eligible for standard EDDM rates.
  • Paper Thickness: The paper must be between 0.007" (about the thickness of a standard index card) and 0.25" (about the thickness of a stack of 10 index cards).

Nonprofit Organizations: Nonprofit organizations wanting to mail at Nonprofit EDDM rates must use a permit imprint mailing permit. There is no Nonprofit Retail permit rate available. Contact us for further clarification.
